This blog uses the keywordluv plugin and is “follow” – this means that you can get a quality link from this blog but you have to provide a good comment. Comments such as “Great Site” will be summarily executed never to be seen again. On the other had useful relevant comments that enhance the content of this blog will be glady accepted. Also active is the commentluv plugin.
Without using the keywordluv plugin only your name is linked to your site as anchor text and as you probably know to attain a better link “in Google’s eyes” you need to have your keyword in the anchor text of the link. Instead of trying to fake this with titles such as james cookiejar johnson you can leave a comment such as james@cookiejar and keywordluv will strip out the ‘@’ and link cookeijar (i.e. the keyword) to your site – exactly what you want.

I have been commenting on blogs with the
keywordluv plugin now for about 2 weeks now,
and I have seen my keywords moved up in the
search engines from nothing to about 300 down
on the list. This isn’t good, but at least it is a start.
